Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat and engage with potential clients to understand their needs.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team by understanding customer requirements and offering relevant information.
• Follow up with customers to nurture relationships ensure satisfaction and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow up logs using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead to sale.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
• Provide detailed product and promotional information to customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently professionally and courteously.
• Address customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service sales or a call center environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Positive energetic and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
• A passion for the automotive industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
