Automotive BDC Representative

Laramie Auto Center is growing and looking to add a motivatedBDC/ Internet Sales Representative to our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people handling inbound internet and phone customers and earning commission through performance.

Automotive experience isnot required we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

• $3000/month guaranteed base salary

• Commission paid on appointments shows and/or sales(based on performance)

• Schedule and confirm showroom appointments for the sales team

• Deliver a professional and welcoming first impression

• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM

• Follow up consistently with prospective buyers

• Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly performance goals

• Coordinate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and messages

• Organized reliable and goal-oriented

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some Saturdays

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience inBDC call center inside sales retail hospitality or customer service

• Automotive dealership experience
