Diehl Hyundai of Massillon is looking for a VERY organized highly motivated Automotive BDC Representative to join our team in Massillon Ohio.

We need someone who thrives on staying organized following up communicating with customers and getting results.

Our ideal candidate is energetic professional persistent and comfortable communicating with customers by phone text email and online lead platforms. Youll play an important role in connecting prospective customers with our sales and service teams while providing an outstanding customer experience.

As a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative youll be responsible for managing incoming customer inquiries following up with prospective customers and scheduling dealership appointments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Respond promptly to internet and website leads
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Communicate with customers through phone text email and online channels
• Schedule sales and/or service appointments
• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Update customer information notes appointments and follow-up activity in the dealership CRM
• Confirm scheduled appointments
• Re-engage customers who have not yet purchased or scheduled
• Work closely with sales service and management teams
• Track daily activities appointments contacts and follow-up opportunities
• Follow established BDC processes and communication schedules
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Help convert online inquiries and phone calls into dealership visits
• Meet individual and department goals for calls contacts appointments and customer engagement

This position requires someone who is exceptionally organized.

Youll be managing multiple customers conversations appointments follow-up dates emails text messages and CRM tasks throughout the day.

Previous experience in automotive BDC internet sales appointment setting customer service call centers inside sales lead generation telemarketing receptionist/customer relations or dealership sales is a plus.

Automotive experience is preferred but not necessarily required for the right highly motivated candidate.
