What Youll Do:

• Handle inbound internet leads phone calls chat inquiries and customer follow-up
• Set appointments for the sales department and ensure customers arrive excited and prepared
• Follow up with unsold showroom traffic and previous customers
• Maintain consistent communication through phone text and email
• Work directly inside VinSolutions CRM to manage customer activity and follow-up
• Confirm appointments and help improve show rates
• Assist with dealership marketing campaigns and customer retention efforts
• Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
• Work closely with the sales team to help drive dealership growth and performance

Keys to Success:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with phones texting email and technology
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Sales customer service hospitality or call center experience is a plus
• Automotive experience preferred but we will train the right person
• Team player mentality with a strong work ethic
• Driven to succeed and make money
