AUTOMOTIVE ASSISTANT MANAGER/ CLOSER EXPERIENCE ONLY

Automotive Sales Closer Manager role involves taking over stalled or difficult negotiations from sales reps to secure the sale. You will calculate payments assess trade-ins and align credit profiles with lender guidelines. Additionally you will overcome final pricing financing or trade-in concerns to close deals effectively. Collaboration with the F&I team to introduce protection products like GAP and service contracts to boost back end profit is essential. Floor coaching sales consultants on effective techniques during live negotiations is also part of the role.

• Deal Closing: Take over stalled or difficult negotiations from sales reps to secure the sale.
• Deal Structuring: Calculate payments assess trade-ins and align credit profiles with lender guidelines.
• Objection Handling: Overcome final pricing financing or trade-in concerns.
• F&I Collaboration: Introduce protection products like GAP and service contracts to boost back end profit.
• Floor Coaching: Train sales consultants on effective techniques during live negotiations.

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of direct automotive sales and closing experience.
• F&I Knowledge: Familiarity with credit analysis lender approvals and retail math.
• Licensing: Valid drivers license and state vehicle salesperson license.
• Software: Proficiency with CRM and dealership management systems (DMS).
• Skills: Strong communication active listening and bilingual abilities are a plus.
