Route 128 Honda is looking for a high-energy Acquisition Specialist to identify and purchase vehicles directly from service drive customers and inbound opportunities.

• Work the service drive daily to acquire vehicles
• Appraise vehicles and present competitive purchase offers
• Convert service customers into sell-your-car opportunities
• Handle inbound leads (KBB equity mining CRM)
• Partner with service and sales teams to maximize acquisition volume
• Target and acquire vehicles based on inventory needs

• Automotive experience a plus (sales appraisal or buying)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated competitive and results-driven
• Comfortable engaging customers face-to-face daily
