Job Summary

Koniag IT Services LLC a Koniag Government Services companyis seeking an Automation Specialist-Mid with a Top-Secret security clearance to support our government customer at the Pentagon Arlington VA. This position supports organizational modernization efforts by identifying manual processes suitable for automation and deploying scalable technology solutions across business functions. This position will include coordinating and working with internal and external organizations in supporting the goals and objectives of the Office of the Secretary of War Research and Engineering Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO). Essential Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimizationDesign develop test implement and maintain automated workflows and process solutionsSupport automation initiatives using workflow automation platforms scripting tools and enterprise technologiesTranslate business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsMonitor automated systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuity of operationsDevelop dashboards reporting tools and automated notifications to improve operational visibilityMaintain technical documentation standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guidesEnsure automation solutions comply with organizational policies cybersecurity requirements and data governance standardsAssist with system integrations and data synchronization across enterprise platformsRecommend process improvements and emerging technologies to USW(R&E) CDAO leadershipRequired Qualifications:3 years related Degree or equivalent experience to uphold a strict level of discretion and confidentialityGather and develop requirements for assigned projects based on stakeholder excellent communication skills a high level of integrity critical thinking and leadership organizational project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to develop solutions in new and creative to work independently on projects from conception to completionExceptional written and verbal communication ability to brief senior executives with little in a fast paced/dynamic Requirement:Must be a US Citizen hold a current DoD Top Secret ClearanceOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
