Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement scalable automation systems specifically customized to meet the unique operational needs of the energy and utility sectors.
  • Continuously oversee system performance promptly identifying anomalies and executing corrective measures to reduce operational interruptions.
  • Partner with diverse engineering groups to establish project boundaries define technical specifications and formulate integration roadmaps.
  • Create and uphold thorough documentation covering control logic system setups and standard operating protocols.
  • Execute comprehensive testing and validation procedures for automated workflows to ensure adherence to industry safety mandates and quality criteria.
  • Offer technical guidance and educational sessions to operational personnel regarding the utilization of advanced automation tools and interfaces.
  • Pinpoint avenues for process enhancement by leveraging data insights and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions.
Requirements
  • Hold $Work Experience in professional roles involving automation control systems or comparable engineering disciplines.
  • Possess a robust grasp of industrial automation protocols SCADA platforms and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
  • Demonstrate competence in programming languages prevalent in the energy industry including Ladder Logic Structured Text or Python.
  • Display keen analytical abilities capable of resolving intricate technical challenges under high-pressure conditions.
  • Maintain an active certification or degree in Engineering Computer Science or a pertinent technical field.
  • Exhibit the capacity to collaborate effectively within a rapid-paced setting while strictly following safety and compliance protocols.
  • Possess superior communication skills to articulate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
