Job Title: Automation SME Tools & Process Automation

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable and efficient automation solutions to improve productivity and reduce manual effort
• Define automation standards frameworks and best practices

Development & Implementation

• Build and deploy automation solutions using multiple tools and technologies (e.g. RPA scripting workflow tools)
• Develop end-to-end automation pipelines including data ingestion processing and reporting
• Ensure solutions are robust reusable and maintainable

Tool Expertise & Integration

Work across various automation tools such as:

• RPA tools (e.g. UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism)
• Scripting languages (e.g. Python PowerShell)
• Low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Power Automate)

Optimization & Maintenance

• Continuously monitor and optimize automation performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation workflows
• Maintain documentation for all automation solutions and processes

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business risk and technology teams to understand requirements
• Translate business needs into effective automation solutions
