The Automation Engineer will coordinate and support release planning shipment operations production schedules customer requirements and cross-functional activities to ensure product readiness and on-time shipment.
Tasks
- Coordinated and supported release plan with Flex EDHR teams and client meeting daily and monthly BIPS plan to ensure alignment across production schedules and customer requirements.
- Planned and managed shipment operations achieving monthly and quarterly committed shipment targets while ensuring shipping execution and prioritizing customer SKU requirement aligned with releases.
- Managed followed up and closed all pre-release activities and issues coordinating with cross-functional teams including Quality Operations and IT to ensure product readiness and on-time shipment.
- Analysed customer demand for 20 SKUs from IBP files and assisted in obtaining POs ensuring price book is updated and accurate SO creation and maintaining sufficient quarterly POs aligned with quotes.
- Managed end-to-end build and shipment of 4 different client samples ensuring all production steps were completed on time meeting sampling requirements quality standards and production schedule.
