Job Summary
Title: Automation Eng - Robotics
- Duration: 6 months with additional 6 month extension
- Location: New Albany OH
You will be responsible for:
Support the design integration commissioning qualification validation and operation of
automated packaging ASRS and AGV systems within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Develop and review automation system specifications to ensure alignment with operational
compliance and user requirements.
Lead and maintain compliance documentation for automated warehouse ASRS and AGV
systems ensuring adherence to GMP and regulatory standards.
Execute and support CQV activities for packaging warehouse automation robotics and
associated software systems.
Collaborate with Quality CSV Manufacturing Packaging and IT/OT teams to ensure system
compliance data integrity and operational readiness.
Support controls and automation design reviews including PLC HMI SCADA robotics and
industrial network integration.
Partner with automation vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable scalable
and compliant automation solutions while meeting project milestones.
About you:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Electrical Automation Engineering or a related
discipline.
Experience working in an operational GxP-regulated environment with a strong understanding
of applicable regulations and standards.
Firsthand experience implementing industrial automation and integrated automation systems.
Experience with robotics (ASRS and AGV experience strongly preferred).
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 IIoT and digital manufacturing technologies.
Direct experience working in regulated environments (GMP OSHA EPA).
Willingness to travel occasionally as required; fluent in English with effective communication
skills.
