Location: Central Florida - Orlando Kissimmee Oviedo and surrounding areas

Description:

Hands-on field service role supporting commercial automatic pedestrian door systems. The technician will troubleshoot repair maintain and service automatic doors operators sensors locks and related door hardware.

This is a home-based field service position covering Central Florida customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose repair and maintain commercial automatic pedestrian doors.

Troubleshoot operators sensors activation devices electrical components and controls.

Service electric locks maglocks panic/exit devices and access-control hardware.

Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections.

Use manufacturer manuals and technical resources to diagnose problems.

Complete service reports and communicate with customers.

Participate in a local on-call rotation and occasional after-hours work.

What You Bring:

Active AAADM certification required.

5 years of commercial automatic pedestrian door service experience preferred.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Experience with automatic door operators sensors locks and access-control systems.

Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical problems.

Good customer communication skills.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
