- Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations
- Present and demonstrate Mazda vehicles features and technology
- Stay informed about current inventory promotions and industry trends
- Work closely with the sales management team to achieve monthly goals
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred but not requiredwe provide training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude self-motivation and a team-player mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Valid California drivers license and clean driving record
