Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Body Shop Technician to join our this role you will inspect collision-damaged vehicles perform high-quality repairs and help restore vehicles to manufacturer standards. You will work closely with the estimating team to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles to determine the extent of body structural mechanical and interior damage.
• Repair collision damage by straightening frames removing dents replacing damaged panels and restoring vehicle bodies.
• Work with estimators to review repair needs and support the repair process.
• Perform repairs using proper tools equipment and manufacturer-recommended procedures.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
• Keep accurate records of repair progress and completed work.
• Organize daily tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment.
• Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Work professionally with team members to deliver quality results.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive collision repair training is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of collision repair experience required.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to maintain high productivity while producing quality work.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read understand and follow manufacturer repair specifications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including standing bending lifting reaching and moving throughout the workday.
• Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed.
