As a Behavior Technician youll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across Clinic Home Community and School settings while being supported by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative clinical team.

$23-$25/hour Direct Therapy rate
$300 sign-on bonus
Fully paid training (no experience required)
RBT certification support exam reimbursement

Key Responsibilities as a Behavior Technician

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as a Behavior Technician
Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Support skill development communication and independence
Collect and track client data accurately
Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members
Build strong supportive relationships with clients and families

Behavior Technician Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED required
Reliable transportation required
Willingness to learn and grow in the field of ABA
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
