Audit Manager

A phenomenal full-time opening has come available for an individual with Audit experience to join an employee-oriented CPA firm. This is a terrific full-time opportunity offering a generous base salary excellent benefits package PTO and other outstanding perks. This position would operate in the beautiful picturesque Pleasant Grove area.

Responsibilities

• Providing timely high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations
• Running multiple client audit and due diligence engagement
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients throughout the year
• Participate in business development to include expansion of the scope
• Provide mentoring review and oversight for the entire audit team
• In-charge of all stages of the audit including planning fieldwork and wrap-up

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Required; MAcc and/or MBA a plus
• Must have CPA licensure in Utah (or short term plans to obtain license)
• 8-10 years of audit experience with a CPA firm a MUST
• Previous Experience with a Big 4 is a PLUS
• Experience working with clients in industries such as Finance healthcare government wholesalers and non-profits
• Strong experience with Retirement Plan Audits
• Excellent communication leadership and project management skills
• Ability to be hands on in both completing and reviewing audits while providing guidance to the team
