AUDIT MANAGER
Position Overview
We are seeking an Audit Manager for a Lincolnshire Illinois-based organization. This is a full-time leadership position overseeing internal and external audit functions risk management and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit department operations
- Develop and execute internal audit plans and strategies
- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare for audits
- Assess internal controls and identify risk areas
- Prepare audit reports and recommendations
- Monitor compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Lead audit team and mentor junior auditors
- Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- CPA or CIA certification preferred
- 7 years audit or accounting experience with 3 years in management
- Strong knowledge of internal controls and audit procedures
- Experience with audit software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and communication abilities
Compensation
- Salary: $90000 $130000/year
