Description:
Bachelors degree in computer science information systems computer engineering system analysis or a related field or equivalent work experience
5 years of experience in audio-visual implementations and/or videoconference network engineering with Cisco Telepresence infrastructure.

5 years of experience in audio-visual implementations and/or videoconference network engineering with Cisco Telepresence infrastructure.
Experience with Cisco endpoints and infrastructure (Control Hub)
UC infrastructure (RingCentral)
Experience with Webex administration and other web/audio collaboration platforms and services specifically Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
Strong infrastructure implementation and project deployment experience
Experience in supporting system migrations and experience with AMX and/or Crestron AV Control systems. Working knowledge of A/V concepts around audio and video signal types routing and cabling including Production devices i.e. Ross Blackbox Dante Matrox.
Proven analytical evaluative and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to drive successful results across multiple functional areas
Excellent interpersonal skills as well as proven written and oral communication skills and the ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills to help influence and work with others collaboratively and constructively. Highly self-motivated and directed.
Extensive experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment globally
Well-versed in Desktop technologies (Windows 10 Macintosh and Office 365) Collaboration technologies (WebEx Teams SharePoint One Drive) Server Technologies and Network Technologies.
Good prioritization skills to balance key priorities.
Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
