Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) / Intelligence Systems (IS) is looking for a motivated and self-starting Audio Visual Programmer Analyst (Experienced Senior or Lead) to join our team based in Herndon VA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• This position requires an Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance.(U.S. Citizenship Required) (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

• Level 3: 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Proficiency in modern programming and scripting languages such as C# C Java JavaScript Perl Python and Visual Basic

• Experience in system integration testing and troubleshooting of complex A/V systems

• Hands-on experience with network programming

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Familiarity with systems engineering principles and integration best practices

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Level 4: 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Level 5: 10 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• An Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance and current Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP)

• Experience with Crestron programming and system environments using SIMPL or C#

• Experience translating customer requirements into software designs

• Knowledge of software systems configuration management

• Experience with object orientated programming

• Experience with HTML/web programming (for user interface design)

• Crestron Gold level programming Certification or higher

• Experience working with local and remote teams

• Experience interfacing directly with all levels of staff and management

• Experience working as a member of a development team

Summary pay range for Experienced (Level 3): $115600.00 - $156400.00

Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $141950.00 - $192050.00

Summary pay range for Lead (Level 5): $170850.00 - $231150.00
