- Complete structured wiring rough-ins for luxury residential new construction.
- Install Cat6 speaker wire coax fiber conduit and low-voltage wiring.
- Perform trim-out installations including TVs architectural speakers surveillance cameras wireless access points touchscreens keypads and equipment racks.
- Read blueprints and wiring documentation.
- Coordinate with builders and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
- Label test and document installations.
- Maintain clean organized job sites and uphold CAVs quality standards.
- Residential AV or low-voltage installation experience.
- Strong rough-in and trim-out skills.
- Experience terminating Cat6 coax and speaker wiring.
- Ability to read construction plans.
- Professional appearance with excellent attention to detail.
- Dependable self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. climb ladders and work in active construction environments.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
