Key Responsibilities
- Handle workers compensation matters from intake through resolution
- Manage case files documentation and client communication
- Participate in hearings depositions and litigation-related proceedings
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Work closely with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide responsive service
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania or awaiting bar admission results
- 04 years of legal experience required
- Prior workers compensation experience or internship exposure preferred
- Strong organizational analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
