• Handle workers compensation matters from intake through resolution
• Manage case files documentation and client communication
• Participate in hearings depositions and litigation-related proceedings
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Work closely with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide responsive service

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania or awaiting bar admission results
• 04 years of legal experience required
• Prior workers compensation experience or internship exposure preferred
• Strong organizational analytical and communication skills
