You will have the opportunity to:

• Manage trust and probate litigation matters from strategy through resolution.
• Develop case strategies and collaborate with attorneys on complex disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal documents.
• Advise clients explain legal options and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in court proceedings negotiations and mediation.
• Handle a meaningful caseload while continuing professional development.
