What Youll Do

• Represent clients in trust and estate disputes
• Draft pleadings motions and other legal documents
• Advise clients and maintain strong relationships
• Appear in court mediations and negotiations
• Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with colleagues
• Stay current on trusts and estates law through continuing education

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• Trust litigation experience preferred; commercial business or real estate litigators interested in probate litigation are encouraged to apply.

Salary Range: $150000 - $190000
