Engaging lawyers to contribute their subject-matter expertise in support of a customers this role youll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn reason and perform through high-quality real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required your domain knowledge is what matters.

This opportunity is tailored for US-based legal professionals with mandatory experience working at one or more Vault Law 100 firms. Experience at a Vault Law 100 firm is a required qualification for this role as were seeking candidates with top-tier legal training and exposure to sophisticated high-stakes legal matters who are interested in applying their expertise in a collaborative technology-driven environment.

Scope of Work

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on a variety of US law topics providing nuanced insights and guidance.
• Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives and ensure current accurate information is utilized.
• Draft review and edit legal content including memoranda opinions contracts and other relevant documents.
• Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity accuracy and alignment with best practices.
• Participate in remote multidisciplinary collaboration to refine project deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.
• Contribute to content quality assurance by spotting errors inconsistencies or ambiguities in legal materials.
• Apply meticulous attention to detail to maintain exceptionally high standards in all submissions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in the United States with strong academic credentials.
• Experience in top Law Firms.
• Current or prior experience at a top-tier US law firm with exposure to varied practice areas.
• Proven abilities in legal analysis research and drafting across a range of legal subjects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience in legal content review.
• Track record of successful remote collaboration and participation in multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to precision accuracy and upholding legal best practices in all work.
