Successful candidates will have:

• At least five years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong adversarial negotiation and litigation skills.
• Experience with wage-and-hour PAGA FEHA ADA wrongful termination discrimination retaliation or similar employment matters.
• The ability to thrive in a structured technology-enabled fully remote practice environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $140000$300000
