Location: Ogden Utah Full-time On-site. Practice law in a beautiful mountain community with world-class skiing hiking biking and outdoor recreation just minutes away.

Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Utah and have at least 1 year of experience as an Associate Attorney. An interest in building a career in divorce and family law is required. Prior family law experience is preferred but not required.

Job Description

• Represent clients in divorce custody support and other family law matters.
• Manage cases from intake through resolution including negotiations mediation and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings motions legal memoranda settlement agreements and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies.
• Appear in court for hearings conferences mediations and trials.
• Communicate regularly with clients while providing compassionate strategic legal guidance.
• Collaborate with attorneys paralegals and legal assistants to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Active Utah Bar license required.
• 1 year of experience practicing as an Associate Attorney.
• Strong legal writing research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
• Highly motivated intelligent and organized.
• Interest in practicing divorce and family law.
• Family law experience preferred but not required.
• Trial litigation or courtroom experience is a plus.
