Note: Candidates must have an active Bar license in the state where they are applying (California New York or Florida) and at least 3 years of private practice experience.

Job Description

• Advise business clients on sophisticated corporate and commercial legal matters.
• Develop innovative legal strategies aligned with clients business objectives.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas.
• Build trusted relationships with business clients.
• Analyze complex legal issues and deliver practical business-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Active California New York or Florida Bar license.
• 3 years of private practice experience.
• Business corporate or commercial law experience.
• Strong analytical communication and client relationship skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
• Solo practice backgrounds are welcome.
