Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Attorney Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. As the Attorney Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a team of attorneys and ensuring the successful delivery of legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of attorneys and support staff providing guidance training and performance evaluations

- Oversee the drafting review and negotiation of contracts for clients

- Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and are in the best interest of our clients

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their legal needs and provide solutions

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Active license to practice law in the state of Texas

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in law preferably in a litigation role

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
