This boutique employment litigation firm focuses on selective high-value single-plaintiff FEHA casesno class actions or PAGA. With approximately three trials per year and matters involving multi-seven-figure amounts this is a practice built around serious litigation.

What Youll Do

• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and argue motions
• Handle pleadings discovery and case strategy
• Work directly with clients
• Prepare for and participate in hearings and trials
• Youll receive ongoing training work alongside experienced trial attorneys and have support from paralegals and legal assistants.

What You Bring

• 5 years of labor & employment experience
• California Bar license
• FEHA experience preferred
• Deposition and motion experience
• Strong writing and courtroom communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Downtown Los Angeles

Compensation & Benefits

• $120000$200000 base salary plus a 45% performance bonus on awards or settlements based on contribution and discretionary bonuses.
