Senior Auto Defense Attorney

This position is ideal for an experienced litigator with a strong background in auto liability personal injury defense or civil defense litigation who enjoys taking ownership of cases from inception through trial.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake through trial and post-trial proceedings.
• Develop and execute litigation strategy.
• Conduct trials mediations depositions hearings and other key litigation events.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a collaborative legal team.
• Work closely with firm leadership in a fully remote environment.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $150000$220000 depending on experience.
• Monthly production bonus after an initial ramp-up period.

Mid-Level Auto Defense Attorney

Qualifications

Senior Attorney

• Active California Bar license.
• California residency required.
• Extensive experience in auto defense personal injury defense or civil litigation.
• Demonstrated trial experience.
• Excellent legal writing communication and client management skills.
• Prior mentoring or leadership experience is preferred.

Mid-Level Attorney

• Active California Bar license.
• California residency required.
