Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented and motivated Attorney with 4 8 years of insurance defense litigation experience including trial experience to join our growing litigation team. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload represent clients in complex insurance defense matters and collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters including personal injury property damage and liability claims.

Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings motions briefs discovery responses and other litigation documents.

Represent clients in court proceedings hearings mediations depositions arbitrations and trials.

Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.

Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to develop effective case strategies.

Negotiate settlements when appropriate while advocating for clients best interests.

Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.

Stay informed of legal developments statutes and regulations affecting insurance defense litigation.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Louisiana State Bar and active membership in good standing.

4 8 years of insurance defense litigation experience including trial experience.

Strong legal research analytical and drafting skills.
