• Associate Attorney: $85000 - $125000 annually
• Partner-Level Attorney: $120000 - $200000 annually

Schedule: Monday Friday Full Time

Job Summary:Our Client in Atlantic City NJ is seeking two professional Attorneys to join their growing legal team. These are Full-Time Direct Hire positions offering a competitive salary based on experience. Ideal candidates must be experienced in Employment Law Labor Negotiations and Arbitration. Candidates must also be admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Employment Law:Advise employers on employment law compliance workplace policies employee relations issues discrimination claims wage and hour matters and overall risk management.
• Labor Relations: Represent management in labor negotiations collective bargaining discussions union relations matters and labor dispute resolution.
• Arbitration & Litigation:Advocate for clients in arbitration mediation administrative proceedings and employment-related litigation.
• Legal Research & Drafting:Conduct legal research and prepare motions pleadings briefs contracts labor agreements and other legal documents.
• Case Management: Develop legal strategies and manage matters through all phases of representation from initial assessment through resolution.
• Client Counseling & Business Development:Build strong client relationships provide practical legal guidance and participate in client development and networking initiatives.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar admission in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania (required).
• Proven legal experience with Employment Law Labor Negotiations and Arbitration.
• Excellent legal research writing negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
