Job Summary
WHO WE ARE: Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned business with two facilities located in Bedford PA and another facility located in Seguin TX. We produce over 200 of the highest-quality custom attachments for heavy equipment made in the USA!
WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING:
- Preparing steel for cutting/forming
- Using hand torches grinders chippers impact wrenches or other air tools as required
- Beveling grinding parts operating press roll
- Removing and labeling parts from cutting tables
- Positioning material with cranes/forklifts/etc.
- Installing hydraulic components Performing final finishing work
WHATS IN IT FOR YOU:
Our starting wage $18.50 to $25.50 per hour based on experience. With an additional $1.00 shift differential. This is a second shift position starting at 3:35 PM to 2:05 AM. We offer the opportunity for wage increases every six months until you reach our top rate. Thats for everyoneit doesnt matter what your specific job is. if youre a top performer you can get to top performer pay!
