Job Title

A successful ATM Software Delivery Manager (EPOC & NE) leads end-to-end delivery and ownership of enterprise Java web applications that support ATM-driving clients across EPOC and NE platforms. They align development QA infrastructure and business partners to deliver stable scalable secure and compliant solutions on time and within budget. They strengthen team performance through mentoring continuous improvement and clear technology direction for critical applications.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade web-based applications built on Java technologies and own the full application lifecycle (stability scalability security compliance).
• Partner across development QA infrastructure and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes automation and engineering best practices across teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for application issues enhancements audits cyber vulnerability remediation and strategic planning.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to technical teams and influence the technology strategy and roadmap for critical applications.

• 10 years of experience in software development and delivery for enterprise-level applications.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role overseeing application delivery and ownership.
• 3 years of experience with Java-based technologies and frameworks (e.g. Spring Hibernate).
• 3 years of experience with SDLC Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• 1 years of experience with a cloud platform (AWS Azure or GCP).
• 1 years of experience with containerization and CI/CD tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes pipelines).
• 1 years of experience supporting financial services or payment processing systems.

Salary Range

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
