We are partnered with a Top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm experiencing steady growth and seeking an Assurance Manager to join their Cedar Rapids team. This firm offers a collaborative people-first culture strong leadership and clear opportunities for advancement.

• Lead audit review and compilation engagements for multiple clients
• Plan engagements including staffing timelines and risk assessment
• Review workpapers and deliverables to ensure compliance with professional standards
• Oversee engagement workflow budgets and deadlines
• Serve as a primary client contact and build strong relationships
• Mentor and develop staff while leading engagement teams
• Identify opportunities for additional services and support business development

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA required
• 68 years of public accounting assurance experience
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and auditing standards
• Experience managing multiple engagements and leading teams
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365 Engagement/PFX Suralink or similar
