Summary:
The Assistant Principal 1 Middle will assist with the instructional administrative and operational leadership of a middle school.SUPERVISORY EXPECTATIONS: Manage assigned clerical staff and subordinate professional personnel in one or more sections of the department. Take responsibility for the overall direction coordination and evaluation of assigned teams. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the districts policies and applicable state and federal laws. Responsibilities include interviewing hiring and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
