Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree Experience serving the needs of 1st generation and BIPOC students in matters regarding financial aid. Three (3) years of experience with CRMs (e.g. Banner/Argos Peoplesoft PowerFAIDS etc.) in the administration of financial aid. Knowledge of federal state and institutional financial aid policies and regulations. Experience with COD FAA Access and NSLDS or other related applications. Experience serving customers respectfully and patiently. Ability to work within deadlines and complete a high volume of work with accuracy. Proficiency with Google Workspace Microsoft or related software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading teams or projects.
