Responsibilities
- Supervise engineering operations and ensure equipment and systems operate safety and efficiently.
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for Rooms machinery electrical systems HVAC plumbing generators. And other technical equipment.
- Lead and supervise engineering staff including assigning work monitoring perforce and providing training.
- control engineering expenses and assist with budgeting purchasing and cost management.
- Conduct safety inspection and ensure proper procedures such as Lockout/Tagout and permit to work are allowed.
Qualifications
To fulfill this role successfully you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Relevant technical certifications or licenses depending on the industry and local regulation.
- 5-10 years of engineering or maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing mechanical and building systems.
- Ability to lead and supervise engineering staff and contractor
- Good communication leadership problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work shifts weekends or respond to emergencies where required.
