| Summary of Position: Indiana Wesleyan University is seeking to hire an Associate or Assistant Athletic Trainer as determined based upon both educational background and years of experience. Primary responsibilities of the Associate/Assistant Athletic Trainer include providing athletic training services as determined by the Head Athletic Trainer and assisting with the day-to-day operation coordination supervision and evaluation of the athletic training program as it relates to athletic injury management and intercollegiate / club athletics medical coverage. Indiana Wesleyan University is a NAIA institution that sponsors 24 intercollegiate athletic teams with approximately 650 student athletes. The Associate/Assistant Athletic Trainer will also serve as a Clinical Preceptor for the Athletic Training Program. This is a full-time 10-month position starting on August 1 of each calendar year and ending on May 30 or the conclusion of teams spring competitive season whichever is later.
