The Associate Vice President System Surgical Services drives quality outcomes operational efficiency financial performance patient experience and regulatory compliance.
You support physician alignment and staff engagement and partner with surgeons anesthesia leadership nursing leaders and executive stakeholders to advance ProMedica goals and ensure safe high-quality surgical care.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelors degree in nursing Healthcare Administration or related field
- Skills: Demonstrated experience managing complex multi-disciplinary healthcare operations
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in surgical services
- License: Active RN license in Michigan and Ohio
- Certification: CNOR NEA-BC FACHE or similar professional certification

- Education: Masters degree in Healthcare Administration Nursing or Business Administration
