Job Summary

Associate Veterinarian Small Animal Practice St. Louis MO

A growing veterinary practice is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who values quality patient care professional autonomy and a collaborative environment.

Responsbilities
  • RProvide high-quality medical care to patients
  • Evaluate diagnose and treat a variety of veterinary cases
  • Develop appropriate treatment plans and communicate recommendations clearly with clients
  • Work collaboratively with veterinarians technicians and support staff
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
  • Support a positive team-oriented practice culture
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of patient care and client service
Qualifications
  • DVM/VMD or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary program
  • Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure
  • 5 years of veterinary experience
  • Current DEA license and USDA accreditation or ability to obtain
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Compassionate team-oriented approach to patient care
  • Leadership experience and willingness to support and mentor other veterinary team members
