Job Overview

We are looking for an Associate Test Analyst to support testing activities for Insurance and Annuity client correspondence systems at RiverSource. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders developers and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery of system-generated communications.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 2 3 years of QA/Testing experience who are detail-oriented analytical and comfortable working in a collaborative enterprise environment.

Required Skills

• 2 3 years of QA / Testing / UAT experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience creating and executing test cases and test scripts
• Good understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience in Insurance or Annuity domain
• Exposure to client correspondence/document testing
• Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams
