The Associate Territory Manager 2 (ATM2) will partner with thefieldsales and clinical teams and act as a resource in markets to drive sales cover cases lead in-service activities and support expansion and growth within our business. The ATM2will report directly to the District Manager and support specific territories and business initiatives in tandem with Territory Managers. Additionally the ATM2 may be required to work outside primary territory assignments as required by businessconditionsand travel will be a consideration at varied times throughout the fiscal year.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Promotes and sells Medtronics Neurovascular products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsible for developing building and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors surgeons nurses and key opinion leaders.
Responsible for pursuing leads assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronics Neurovascular products and/or services.
Identify selling opportunities and work closely with the sales representatives to increase sales in their respective accounts.
Provides clinical and technical support during cases and informs the clinician of patient treatment options.
Promotes education of the companys products and/or services.
Execute Company sales strategy and manage sales process for the defined area.
Communicate benefits of Medtronic products to physicians.
Interface with hospital personnel to promote and sell Medtronic products.
Train medical personnel in use of Medtronic products.
Respond to inquiries and complaints.
Identify target accounts.
Analyze and report on effectiveness of sales techniques.
Project professional company image.
Represent Company at medical symposia
This role requires on-call nights and weekends 20-40% of the time

Basic Qualifications
Must Have:MinimumRequirements

High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4years experience*
ORAssociates DegreeAND 2years experience*
ORBachelors Degree
*Relevant sales clinical or related experience in medical devices medtech healthcare or life sciences.
Preferred Qualifications
3 years in medical or hospital service-line function medical sales
1 year of Medtronic RTG (Pain Brain or Spine) Clinical Specialist or Sales Rep I experience with 2 years of prior clinical or medical sales experience.
Demonstrated experience in properly functioning within an office or hospital based operating room or cath lab setting.
Clinical experience in the interventional suite hospital environment or emergency medical response
Experience in medical device sales focused heavily on interventional stroke procedures
Recognized sales professional with a proven track record of results in medical sales and training
Experience selling medical devices in Neurovascular space
Must have a valid drivers license and active vehicle insurance addition your driving record will be reviewed and will be considered as part of your application. Must be able to drive approximately 50% of the time within assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
