Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Technician to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as our customers best service provider always thereby ensuring SIGNET is the customers first choice for service
• Assist in the completion of healthcare communication security and other low voltage electronic systems testing and inspections
• Assist in the creation of reports to identify problems or discrepancies resulting from the inspection
• Complete reports and paperwork associated with the inspection
• Interact with client representatives prior to during and after completion of the testing process
• Assist with the review of the report results and next steps as necessary
• Share reports with other departments to resolve issues or discrepancies
• Ensure proper testing equipment and materials are onsite for effective and safe testing and inspection process
• Support lead service technicians in system moves adds and changes (as required)
• Act as a lead on smaller system tests after proper training is completed

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to participate in training and development to grow into a Systems Technician role
• Developing exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain awareness of and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted
• Basic math skills
• Good verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
• Good English speaking and reading skills
• Must be a strong communicator and comfortable communicating directly with clients
• An interest (or PASSION!) for technology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word
• Valid drivers license required and accept driving record
• Available to work off hours shifts to accommodate client access

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in one or more of the following industries is helpful: electronic/electrical fire alarm & life safety AV security or other low voltage systems
• Basic ability to read and understand building blueprints and design drawings preferred

Pay Range: The hourly pay range for this position is$22$31 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications experience education skills certifications and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
