Were seeking Associate Tech Services Specialists who are enthusiastic about leveraging automation across cloud and on-premises infrastructure as well as exploring cutting-edge technologies. As an Associate Tech Services Specialist you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between support and operations teams ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality support services. You will collaborate with Agile teams to design develop test implement and support technical solutions in cloud environments. You will leverage automation tools to streamline processes.
- Assists with end-user computing issues including troubleshooting and resolving basic problems.
- Supports basic IAM tasks such as user account creation access provisioning and password resets.
- Assists in the administration and support of Microsoft 365 services.
- Supports the resolution of production issues promptly engaging IT and vendors as needed. Provides workday and after-hours support as needed.
- Practices a variety of programming languages and tools including Bash PowerShell and Python for development.
- Continues to develop a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Learns to work with CI/CD pipelines and related tools to streamline software delivery.
- Works closely with Senior Tech Services Specialists to contribute to the delivery of cloud-based solutions that meet high standards of performance security and scalability.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associates Degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in technical support or a related role preferred
- CompTIA A or Microsoft Certified Professional preferred
- 1. Basic understanding of end-user computing principles and technologies.
- 2. Ability to identify and resolve simple end-user computing issues.
- 3. Basic knowledge of ticketing systems and processes.
- 4. Familiarity with basic scripting and automation tools.
- 5. Basic understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles.
- 6. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms particularly Microsoft 365.
- 7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- 8. Basic awareness of cloud services and concepts.
The typical base pay range for this role is between $62200 - $71100. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge skills expertise and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual listed salary other compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting. This job will be posted for a minimum of five (5) business days or until the position is filled.
