As an Associate Teacher at Aaron School you will play a key role in helping students reach their full potential within a structured and inclusive learning environment.

What Youll Need

• Bachelors degree in Special Education Education or a closely related field from an accredited college or university

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with families

• Patience compassion and a genuine passion for working with children

• Ability to stay organized adaptable and consistent in a dynamic classroom environment

What Youll Do

• Support the Head Teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons across core academic subjects

• Implement differentiated instruction and track student progress toward individualized learning goals

• Collaborate with teaching teams and school leadership to ensure aligned and effective instruction

• Apply behavior management strategies and maintain a structured inclusive classroom environment

• Communicate with families and contribute to student reports updates and conferences
