Trane in Ashland is hiring for an Associate Account Manager to join our team.In this role you will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention by developing HVAC system related solutions.

What you will do:

• Support of assigned account managers and their assigned customers with HVAC systems & equipment product selections application proposals and sales development.
• Review technical documents and generate estimates and proposals for equipment under the direction of Account Managers
• Prepare transition documents and communicate project readiness for assignment to operations team.
• Complete site surveys generate technical submittals and provide after-sale support to customers under the direction of Account Managers

What you will bring:

• Bachelors degree in engineering engineering technology business or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in Account Management Mechanical Contracting/HVAC or Facilities Management fields preferred.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply;we prioritize practical experience relevant skills and alignment with our leadership principles.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems preferred.
• Must possess a valid drivers license for a minimum of 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations included but not limited to: DUI Hit & Run License Suspension Reckless / Carless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
