Associate Sr. Legal Counsel – Compliance Investigations

Job Summary
The Opportunity
Were looking for an attorney to join Adobes Compliance team working to ensure Adobe acts with integrity across its business. This role reports to Adobes Director of Compliance Investigations.
Youll own matters end-to-end from initial allegations through final recommendations with the legal authority and privilege protections of counsel. Youll handle a global docket spanning financial misconduct anti-corruption conflicts of interest and Code of Business Conduct violations with a focus on building EMEA coverage and supporting the teams global surge capacity.
What Youll Do
- Lead privileged attorney-directed investigations into financial misconduct bribery corruption conflicts of interest and Code of Business Conduct violations
- Own all investigation phases: assess allegations build investigation plans collect and analyze evidence conduct interviews prepare reports make findings and drive remediation
- Evaluate financial transactions third-party relationships and business processes for regulatory exposure and corruption risk
- Partner with Finance Audit Legal and HR to keep investigations coordinated privileged and legally sound
- Support voluntary disclosures regulatory responses and interactions with government agencies (SEC DOJ or international equivalents)
- Deliver anti-corruption and compliance training across Adobes global operations
- Contribute to policy development risk assessments and controls enhancements
- Support investigation metrics and reporting to senior leadership and the Audit Committee
What Youll Need to Succeed
- Strong judgment curiosity and a passion for investigations
- JD required; law license in a relevant jurisdiction required
- 8 years investigating financial misconduct and anti-corruption matters with meaningful exposure at a government agency (SEC DOJ FBI or equivalent) a leading law firm or an in-house compliance function ideally a mix
- Deep knowledge of the FCPA UK Bribery Act and other global anti-corruption frameworks
- Experience analyzing financial records third-party payments and commercial transactions in investigations
- Experience with government enforcement proceedings regulatory inquiries or voluntary disclosures strongly preferred
- EU regulatory experience and additional languages are strong pluses
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill findings into clear reports for leadership
- Flexibility to work across global time zones

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $149000 - $273175 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California the pay range for this position is $188700 - $273175 In New York the pay range for this position is $188700 - $273175 In Washington the pay range for this position is $174400 - $252600At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
