Were looking for an experienced Associate Sales Support professional to join our this role youll help keep our sales operations running smoothly by supporting the sales team managing customer information preparing reports and coordinating with internal departments. • Support the sales team with quotes proposals contracts and customer documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports track sales performance and assist with forecasting.
• Work closely with Sales Finance Operations and Customer Success to ensure orders and customer requests are handled efficiently.
• Respond to customer and internal sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• 2 years of experience in sales support sales operations or a similar role.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce HubSpot Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook.

• Pay: $42.00$50.00 per hour
