Associate Sales Representative
Begin your career in medical device sales with a hands-on role supporting healthcare professionals and innovative technologies that help improve patient care. As an Associate Sales Representative you will partner with an experienced Sales Representative(s)to support customer accountsassistwith clinical procedures and contribute to territory growth. This field-based position provides exposure to sales clinical environments and account management while building a foundation for long-term career development.

What You Will Do
Support territory growth byassistingwith sales activities account management and customer engagement across assignedterritory.
Prepare for and support product evaluations clinical procedures and customer interactions across operating room office-based and procedural care settings.
Provide product support and education to surgeons nurses clinicians and healthcare staff to help ensureappropriate productuse and a positive customer experience.
Manage inventory levels product availability and case preparation activities within the territory.
Track sales and territory activitiesmaintainaccount information and support reporting requirements.
Partner with the Sales Representative(s)toidentifybusiness opportunities and support account development initiatives.
Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree.
Valid drivers license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites healthcare facilities and business meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales field sales business development account management customer success territory management or a customer-facing role.
Experience managing responsibilities through work experience athletics academic programs military service or leadership activities.
Exposure to medical device healthcare clinical life sciences business-to-business sales or other performance-driven environments.
Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced team-based environment.
